Chewy Matcha Cookies
(makes ~18 cookies)
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Haru Matcha Oat Milk Latte powder (any flavor!)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (soft)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
Steps:
- Preheat 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk flour, Haru matcha, baking soda, salt.
- Cream butter and sugars, add egg and vanilla, then fold in dry mix.
- Scoop onto baking sheet, flatten slightly.
- Bake 9–11 minutes. Cool on rack.
