Matcha Pancakes
(makes ~8 small pancakes)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Haru Matcha Oat Milk Latte powder (try any flavor!)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter/oil
Steps:
- Whisk dry ingredients.
- In another bowl combine milk, egg, melted butter; mix into dry until just combined.
- Cook 2–3 min per side on a greased skillet over medium heat.
- Serve with maple syrup or sweetened red bean paste.
