Matcha Energy Balls
(makes 12–16 servings)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup honey/maple
- 2 tbsp Haru Matcha Oat Milk Latte (try any flavor!)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Steps:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Chill for 30 minutes, then roll into balls.
- Coat with coconut flakes, gold dust, or crushed nuts (optional)
- Enjoy!
