Raspberry Cloud Foam
Ingredients:
- 2 handfuls fresh raspberries
- 1/2 oz freeze-dried raspberries (optional, for extra color)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream + 1–2 tsp maple syrup to taste (you don’t have to use all the cream; more cream makes whisking easier)
- 2 tbsp Haru Vanilla Matcha Oat Milk Latte powder blended with 3 oz hot water
- 3 oz cold water
- Ice to fill a glass
Steps:
- Blend the raspberries with cold water.
- Whisk the cream with maple syrup until slightly thickened.
- Mix in the prepared Haru matcha.
- Pour over ice and enjoy.
