Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States for a flat rate fee of $8.

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
We may offer free shipping on orders over [$59]—this will be reflected at checkout.
Where We Ship
At this time, Haru ships to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or internationally, but hope to soon.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, high order volume). We appreciate your patience.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us at [hello@harufoods.com] within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery), and we’ll make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Haru is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
